Private Training
in Our Gym
Train one-on-one in our gym; over 600 sq ft of heated indoor space. Steady Slope has a wide variety of exercise equipment and can design thousands of exercises that are effectively done in this dedicated space. With the rubber flooring, stereo playing your music, and no distractions, you'll be ready to work! You can book a private session with Amanda or Jaime.
Group Training
with Amanda
Get together and train with a group of motivated friends and fitness allies. Everything is more fun in groups and fitness training is no different. Amanda will guide you through a warm up with mobility, dynamic stretches and rolling. After the warm-up she will lead you into a strength training circuit. The circuit is a balanced upper and lower body workout. Class space is limited so please book your class in advance.

I work with an "OPEN" gym concept. You show
up during the designated open hours, I show you the circuit of the day, then you move through at your pace. I am there to help with form
and choosing your weights.

Private Training
in Your Home
Personal Training in the privacy and comfort of your own home (or outdoor space of your choice). Amanda can travel to your home in Delhi, use almost any space in your home, and incorporate any equipment you might have. Please inquire about additional travel rates.
Buy Sessions in Bulk
Private and group training sessions can be purchased 10 at a time for a 10% savings. Once you've purchased a package you'll be able to log into my website and schedule your sessions on my calendar! Along with keeping track of your weights I keep track of your sessions in your package.


Group Training
with Jaime
Jaime Fuselier has been dedicated to fitness for more than a decade and competed in stage bodybuilding; I now specialize in coaching small-group strength sessions that focus on building real strength, confidence, and community. I also offer one-on-one personal training for individualized coaching. I provide lifestyle nutrition support to help clients make sustainable habits that complement their training.

​Small group strength sessions (50-60 minutes) — Each class starts with mobility and targeted dynamic stretching, then moves into circuit-style strength work combining free-weight lifts (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells as appropriate) and bodyweight movements. Programming emphasizes lower-rep strength sets, compound movements, and short conditioning segments to build strength and work capacity. Coaching focuses on technique, safe loading, and scalable options for all levels. The small-group environment is fun, encouraging, and community-driven.
